National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions announces the launch of its Travel Advisor Resource Hub, a new microsite designed to simplify and improve how travel agents work with the brand, as well as highlight existing and new tools available to foster successful collaboration.
The new Travel Advisor Resource Hub, focused on the needs of agents, represents a significant step forward in optimizing the workflows of travel advisors, with a sales-driven approach within a broader ecosystem of resources.
The platform brings together essential tools, digital resources, and training materials in a single, centralized, and integrated environment, with the goal of streamlining and supporting every stage of the sales process. Agents will find the latest news, offers and incentives, marketing materials, webinar recordings, digital resource libraries, ready-to-use social media content, sales tools, Expedition 360° training, booking links, and direct access to the sales team.
“Travel agents are fundamental to our business, helping to connect curious travelers with extraordinary and transformative expeditions, and we want to make that job even easier for them,” says Kathi Riddle. “The Travel Advisor Resource Hub will serve as a tool to empower our trusted partners, bringing together the best tools and resources in a seamless user experience,” Riddle adds.
As part of Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions is also offering a limited-time incentive to further recognize its partner agents. Advisors can earn up to a 5% bonus on new bookings placed through May 31, 2026, as a token of appreciation for their continued collaboration and shared success.
This incentive complements the launch of the Travel Advisor Resource Hub and reflects the company's broader commitment to both practical support and meaningful recognition for its employees.
From optimized digital tools to timely incentives, National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions continues to reinforce its philosophy of supporting travel agents and deepening its commitment to empowering them as essential partners in creating transformative expedition experiences around the world.
“By centralizing everything in one place, we help agents save time, stay informed, and focus on what they do best: creating meaningful travel experiences for their customers. This is part of a broader strategic effort to deliver a more thoughtful, seamless, and rewarding collaborative experience,” Riddle concludes.
