Celestyal has been awarded a Gold prize in the “Innovative Product” category at the 2026 Tourism Awards in Greece for the implementation of SuitePad technology in all cabins aboard the Celestyal Journey. This award is one of seven received by the company this year, including five Gold and two Silver prizes, reinforcing Celestyal’s ongoing investment in customer experience, innovation, and Greek hospitality.
The award recognizes the successful implementation of SuitePad tablets in every cabin on the Celestyal Journey, allowing guests to access ship information, book shore excursions and services, make purchases, and submit requests directly from their cabin at any time during their voyage. This technology enhances comfort and personalization while supporting the company's sustainability efforts by reducing printed materials on board.
With this initiative, Celestyal became the first international cruise company to introduce tablets in all ship cabins, creating a smoother and more connected onboard experience without the need for passengers to download apps on their personal devices.
