MSC Cruises has unveiled MSC Concierge, its latest innovation for enhancing the onboard passenger experience. Like a personal assistant in your pocket, this new AI-powered tool is designed to help passengers easily manage their entire onboard experience, allowing them to focus solely on enjoying their vacation to the fullest.
It is a free service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that allows customers to make inquiries and requests through an intuitive conversational chat interface, accessible in more than 90 languages from their own smartphone or tablet.
This assistant offers support in many aspects of the trip: from answering queries; booking services such as restaurants, spa treatments or shore excursions; to checking the onboard account balance; or even entertainment recommendations adapted to the mood and preferences of each passenger at any given time.
Designed to complement the excellent experience and care on board MSC Cruises, without replacing human interaction, this tool is already available on most of the company's ships*, and will be implemented across the entire fleet before the end of May.
The rollout of MSC Concierge comes after a successful pilot program, in which it achieved a 93% satisfaction rate among more than 170,000 passengers, who exchanged more than one million messages on the platform.
In the words of Gianni Onorato, CEO of MSC Cruises: “We are firmly committed to offering our passengers the best vacation experience at every point of contact with the cruise line. By combining the most advanced technology with the hospitality of our crew, we allow passengers to personalize their trip like never before, creating a truly unique experience.”
“MSC Concierge allows passengers to immediately access the information they need and make service requests from the comfort of their cabin or sun lounger, giving them more freedom to enjoy their time on board, discover new experiences and make the most of every moment at sea”.
MSC Concierge is available on MSC World Europa, MSC Fantasia, MSC Euribia, MSC World America, MSC Virtuosa, MSC Seascape, MSC Seashore, MSC Meraviglia, MSC Orchestra, MSC Seaside, MSC Poesia, MSC Musica, MSC Lirica, MSC Grandiosa, MSC Armonia, MSC Divina, MSC Sinfonia, MSC Bellissima, and MSC Splendida. It will be available across the entire fleet by the end of May.
