Crystal has confirmed four new Wellness at Sea® cruises for 2027. The program, designed by Dalila Roglieri, Crystal's wellness ambassador and culinary nutritionist, will bring together renowned international specialists aboard the company's award-winning ships.

Passengers will be able to participate in personalized nutrition consultations, culinary demonstrations and cooking workshops; practice yoga, pilates, strength training, dance, water aerobics and pickleball; discover mindfulness techniques through meditation, breathing exercises, gratitude journals and sound healing sessions; and attend lectures on healthy aging and the latest advances in longevity science.

The four Wellness at Sea® retreats of 2027

Fort Lauderdale – Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. March 20 – April 2, 2027. Crystal Symphony

This transatlantic voyage will focus on creating long-term healthy habits. Passengers will enjoy yoga sessions, functional training, Pilates-inspired exercises, culinary nutrition workshops, and individual consultations, as well as restorative practices such as meditation, mindful breathing, and sound healing. The program is rounded out with lectures on balance, bone health, and healthy aging.

Panama – New York. August 20 – September 3, 2027. Crystal Serenity

This will mark the debut of the Wellness at Sea® program aboard Crystal Serenity and will feature an expanded pickleball experience led by fitness specialist and professional player Kat Valos. Designed for all skill levels, the program will combine on-court classes, performance-focused fitness training, and a friendly onboard tournament. It will also include yoga, strength training, sound healing sessions, nutrition workshops, mindfulness sessions, and lectures on longevity.

New York – San Juan. October 12 – 21, 2027. Crystal Serenity

This Caribbean retreat will combine physical activity and restorative wellness, offering a balance between performance and recovery. Guests will once again have access to Kat Valos's pickleball program, as well as yoga, Pilates, strength training, meditation, sound healing, nutritional consultations, culinary workshops, and educational sessions on the science of longevity.

Lisbon – Fort Lauderdale. November 8 – 22, 2027. Crystal Symphony

This transatlantic journey will explore the relationship between gastronomy, wine, and well-being from a sensory perspective. Led by Wendy Narby of Bordeaux Experts, it will include mindful wine tastings, pairing workshops, and experiences focused on sensory perception. The program will be complemented by yoga classes, fitness training, culinary nutrition, mindfulness sessions, and lectures on longevity.
