AmaWaterways appoints Quinby Dobbins as Chief Financial Officer and Stefano Negro as Vice President of New Construction and Maintenance.
These additions to the management team support the next phase of fleet growth and the company's long-term operational expansion, reinforcing financial discipline and the lifecycle performance of its vessels as AmaWaterways expands its global footprint.
Quinby Dobbins joins AmaWaterways with over 25 years of international experience in finance and business transformation. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasury at Carnival Corporation, where she led significant capital and refinancing initiatives during one of the most challenging periods for the industry. Previously, she was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and complex accounting matters.

As chief financial officer, Dobbins will oversee AmaWaterways' financial strategy and capital allocation, bringing decades of experience in capital markets, financial transformation and long-term value creation.
AmaWaterways also welcomed Stefano Negro as Vice President of New Builds and Maintenance. Trained as a naval architect and marine engineer, Negro began his career at the Italian shipyard Fincantieri before joining the shipbuilding team at Carnival Corporation, where he worked for nearly a decade supporting the development of new projects and construction initiatives for various brands within the group.
