After completing a 16-day dry dock in Marseille, Carnival Cruise Line returns to Galveston with several renovated spaces, reinforcing the company's presence in its Texas homeport, where it operates alongside the Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Breeze, and Carnival Legend.
New features include a Dreams Studio, where guests can have their photos taken professionally, and a new Carnival Adventures Store for booking shore excursions. These additions complement renovated retail areas, such as Effy Jewelry, which offers a selection of fine jewelry, and the casino, which has also been modernized with a new design.
Currently, the Carnival Dream is on a unique transatlantic cruise from Barcelona, with stops in Alicante, Malaga and Gibraltar, before arriving in Galveston on April 5.
Once back home, the Carnival Dream will resume its schedule of short cruises to The Bahamas and the Western Caribbean, including visits to Celebration Key, Carnival's new signature destination in Grand Bahama.
