In the western Mediterranean, the Harmony of the Seas and the Legend of the Seas.
The Harmony of the Seas will be based in Barcelona between May and July 2026, with 3 and 7 night itineraries that include stops in Naples (Capri), Florence/Pisa (La Spezia), Rome (Civitavecchia), Palma de Mallorca and Provence (Marseille).
The Legend of the Seas is the third ship in Royal Caribbean International's Icon class and represents an evolution in terms of naval design, efficiency, and onboard space configuration, with a gross tonnage exceeding 250,000 tons and capacity for more than 7,000 passengers.
The ship's architecture is organized into eight "neighborhoods" or themed areas that structure the onboard experience and optimize passenger flow. It features spacious outdoor decks, multiple pool areas distributed across different levels, and a large water park. Technically, it is powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), which reduces emissions compared to conventional fuels, and integrates advanced energy management and waste treatment systems.
The ship offers a wide range of accommodation categories, including various suite types, balcony cabins, and larger family options. Dining options include numerous all-inclusive and specialty restaurants, as well as a full program of entertainment in theaters, water parks, and open-air venues.
The Legend of the Seas will debut this July and will operate between August and October 2026, departing from Barcelona and Rome. It will offer 7-night cruises in the Western Mediterranean, as well as 3-night itineraries between Rome and Barcelona. These routes maintain a similar structure of stops in Italy, France, and Spain.
Eastern Mediterranean and Greek islands
The Odyssey of the Seas will operate from Rome between April and October 2026, with 7, 8, and 9-night itineraries. Its routes include stops in Mykonos and Santorini, Athens (Piraeus), as well as ports in Turkey such as Ephesus (Kusadasi) and Istanbul, and Limassol in Cyprus. Some itineraries also combine stops in Italy and France.
The Explorer of the Seas will operate from Ravenna and Barcelona between May and October. Its 7- and 9-night itineraries include routes through Greece, Croatia, and the Adriatic, with stops in destinations such as Split, Zadar, and the Bay of Kotor, as well as Italian and French ports.
Meanwhile, the Brilliance of the Seas will offer 7-night cruises departing from Barcelona, Athens, Ravenna, and Rome. Its programs include itineraries through Italy and France, Greece and Turkey, Greece and Cyprus, as well as combinations incorporating Croatia, Malta, or the French Riviera.
Northern Europe and Atlantic routes
From Southampton, the Liberty of the Seas will operate between May and October 2026 with a varied schedule of 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 nights.
The routes include weekend getaways, itineraries to Spain and Portugal (with stops such as Lisbon and La Coruña), trips to northern European cities such as Bruges (Zeebrugge) or Hamburg, and cruises through the Norwegian fjords with stops in Oslo, Copenhagen, Alesund or Molde.
