Carnival Cruise Line 's Carnival Conquest has returned to Miami after completing a 12-day dry dock stay at the Grand Bahama Shipyard, where it debuted several upgrades, including the addition of the new Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge, redesigned spaces for teens and families, an expanded casino, and renovated shopping areas.
The Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge honors military veterans and active-duty service members. Through the sale of a special commemorative glass and Heroes American Pale Ale in this lounge, Carnival raises funds for its national partner, Operation Homefront, supporting its mission to help military families across the United States.
With the aim of offering more fun for families, the Club O2 teen space has been added and renovated, featuring new video game areas and updated decor. Likewise, the WAREHOUSE video game room has been refurbished to offer a more modern and interactive gaming experience.
Among other improvements, the casino has been expanded, now featuring a redesigned layout, more gaming options, and a dedicated non-smoking area. For shopping enthusiasts, the retail spaces have also been updated, including the Effy, Pandora, and Swarovski boutiques.
Once the dry dock renovations are complete, the Carnival Conquest resumes year-round sailings from Miami, offering short cruises to the Bahamas and the Caribbean, with stops including Celebration Key, Carnival's new signature destination in Grand Bahama.
