Crystal presents its third “Wellness at Sea Retreat” cruises for 2026

Crystal presents the third edition of its Wellness at Sea® Retreat aboard Crystal Symphony, taking place in August 2026, coinciding with National Wellness Month. These retreats offer guests a holistic journey of movement, mindfulness, and culinary nutrition in the refined setting of one of the world's most exceptional ships. The first cruise will sail from August 17 to 24, from Vancouver to San Diego, immediately followed by a second itinerary from August 24 to September 5, from San Diego to Guayaquil, Ecuador. Guests can book each voyage separately or combine them for a continuous wellness journey across the Pacific.

Leading the program once again will be Dalila Roglieri, Crystal's wellness ambassador and a registered dietitian, who has been instrumental in shaping the program's philosophy since its inception. Roglieri, whose expertise blends nutritional science with Mediterranean lifestyle principles, will be joined by specialists Jenni Demus, a yoga and mental wellness expert; Mandi Appelberg, a fitness and yoga specialist; and Magnus Appelberg, a cold exposure expert, somatic therapist, and yoga and meditation instructor. The team will also include the addition of chef Abbie Gellman, MS, RD, CDN, a renowned authority on culinary nutrition, author, and director of Teaching Kitchen and Culinary Medicine at SBH Health System in New York.

During the voyage, guests will participate in a series of immersive Wellness at Sea , including yoga and meditation, sound baths, functional training, breathing exercises, and mental reprogramming classes such as Wake Me Up Breath and Master Your Mind. The journey will also feature a two-day detox program at sea, encouraging digital detox and deep restoration.

The program will again include an educational focus on the science of longevity, with lectures on key topics such as healthy aging, maintaining a sharp mind and a strong, vital body, and the influence of emotions on heart health.

Gastronomy will be another cornerstone of the program, featuring a wide variety of plant-based dishes created exclusively for the Wellness at Sea. All the recipes, developed by Crystal's culinary team under Roglieri's scientific supervision, are distinguished by their balance of flavor and nutrition. Guests can enjoy interactive cooking workshops, culinary demonstrations led by Gellman and Roglieri, individual nutritional consultations, and blind tasting sessions designed to stimulate all the senses. The daily menu will include healthy juices and smoothies, nutritious toasts, soups, appetizers, dips, main courses, and desserts. This innovative culinary approach earned Crystal recognition at the 2025 Women's Health Travel Awards for offering the best healthy food.

As a complement to the wellness program, Crystal will offer pickleball classes taught by an onboard coach, available for all levels, providing a fun and social way to stay active at sea.

“These journeys represent wellness in its most complete form, where every sunrise, every movement, and every meal are part of a greater harmony. It’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself and the world, surrounded by the exceptional elements that define Crystal.” — Dalila Roglieri, Crystal Wellness Ambassador
