Crystal's newly built ocean-going vessel will be named Crystal Grace

Crystal confirms the name of its new ship: Crystal Grace. This will be the first newly built ocean-going vessel for the brand in 25 years and the first under the ownership of AKTG (Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group).

Crystal's newly built ocean-going vessel will be named Crystal GraceScheduled for delivery in May 2028, Crystal Grace will set sail on its maiden voyage on June 11, 2028, following a series of introductory cruises. The ship will represent a bold and forward-thinking evolution of Crystal, combining innovation, sophistication, and timeless style, while marking the next chapter in the company's mission to redefine luxury at sea.

As part of the launch campaign, the brand created a digital word game shared across all its social media channels, inviting followers to guess the ship's name before its official reveal.

“Crystal Grace is more than a name; it’s a promise. It reflects the effortless elegance, generous spirit, and sense of tranquility that define the Crystal. With this ship, we honor our legacy while continuing to evolve for a new generation of guests.” — Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group

The name Grace was chosen to reflect the ship's refined aesthetic, its seamless onboard experience, and the elegance with which Crystal sail to the world's most breathtaking destinations.

The Crystal Grace will accommodate 650 passengers (based on double occupancy) and has a gross tonnage of 61,800 tons. It will offer spacious suites, world-class entertainment, and world-class dining, including Umi Uma®, the only Nobu restaurant at sea; the only Beefbar at sea; and menus designed by Michelin-starred Italian chefs, the Alajmo brothers, at Osteria d'Ovidio—all included in the cruise fare.

Guests will enjoy a scenic promenade that encircles the entire ship, perfect for leisurely strolls with spectacular ocean views. The ship will also maintain one of the highest crew-to-passenger ratios in its class, ensuring the personalized service and attention to detail that have made Crystal an award-winning brand for over three decades.

On land, Abercrombie & Kent will offer an exclusive selection of destination experiences and events worldwide, leveraging its global network of integrated Destination Management Companies (DMCs). Crystal is the only cruise line with this in-house capability globally.

Details about the Crystal Grace's suite categories will be announced in December, followed by more news in the coming months about inaugural voyages, design features, and new onboard experiences.
