Port Canaveral welcomed Royal Caribbean upon its arrival in the United States on July 11, with more than 2,000 crew members celebrating on the pool deck.
The Utopia is scheduled to make its official debut on July 19 with three-night weekend and four-night weekday getaways to the Bahamas.
This sixth ship of the Oasis class is the first of the series to enter service on short cruises.
Ahead of its official debut, Grammy-winning artist and songwriter Meghan Trainor will be the godmother of the christening celebrations for Utopia of the Seas on July 15 during a preview cruise and will perform a concert at the AquaTheater on July 17 alongside Perfect Day at CocoCay.

But before the celebrations begin, there are potentially important issues for the future of shipping.
For the next three days, the Utopia of the Seas will host a Decarbonization Summit sponsored by Royal Caribbean Group together with the Maersk Mc-Kinney Møller Centre for Zero Carbon Shipping.
To kick off the summit on Friday, Royal Caribbean Group CEO Jason Libertywill give a welcome address to participants, followed by an opening speech entitled “Maritime Decarbonization: Setting the Stage for 2050,” delivered by Bo Cerup-Simonsen, CEO of the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, and Palle Laursen, Executive Vice President and Head of Marine at Royal Caribbean.
This will be followed by a series of presentations and interactive workshops.
