Royal Caribbean celebrates its second “Seminar at Sea” 2024

Royal Caribbean International is holding its second “Seminar at Sea”, an annual cruise immersion event aimed at travel agents from Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Seminar at Sea Royal Caribbean

This exclusive experience, taking place aboard the Oasis of the Seas for four nights in May, will welcome 400 new agents, giving them the opportunity to explore Royal Caribbean vacations firsthand.

During the Barcelona-Rome cruise from May 5-9, agents will participate in customized training sessions in six different languages. These interactive sessions will provide detailed information about Royal Caribbean cruises, as well as tools and resources to help agents plan the best vacations for their clients.

In addition to training, the agents will have the opportunity to experience the excitement and fun offered by the Oasis of the Seas, which marks its European debut with amplified adventures. From water slides to Broadway-style shows and world-class restaurants, the agents will be immersed in the experiences that Royal Caribbean has to offer.

Ben Bouldin, Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Royal Caribbean International: “It has been fantastic to see so many new faces joining the travel industry since last year’s Seminar at Sea, and we want to continue providing agents with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the memorable vacations we are known for.”

“Gaining firsthand experience and understanding the value of a holiday that truly has something for everyone and every occasion is an incredible sales tool, and together with the in-depth training they will receive onboard, the Seminar at Sea will set them up for success in crafting the best holidays for their clients“.

The 'Seminar at Sea' is part of Royal Caribbean's ongoing support initiatives for travel agents, which include training sessions, digital events and more through its Club Royal platform.
