Following the recent events in Israel, Celestyal is closely monitoring the situation and maintaining constant communication with Israeli authorities. Its top priority is the health, safety, and comfort of its guests, and after careful consideration, it has made the necessary updates to its itineraries, temporarily replacing the stopover in Ashdod (Israel) with a stopover in Heraklion (Crete).
Celestyal CEO Chris Theophilides said: “First and foremost, as a company, our thoughts are with those affected by the events in Israel. We wish everyone safe and a swift return to peace in the country. We are in close contact with the authorities, and the safety and comfort of our guests remains our top priority. On the advice of our internal teams and the relevant authorities, we have decided to temporarily replace Israel on our Three Continents itinerary with the city of Heraklion on the island of Crete until the end of November. Our teams will be contacting affected customers to inform them of updates to their itineraries and the additional arrangements that have been made to ensure they can continue to enjoy their trip.”
Celestyal will contact all affected customers and agents directly in the coming days to inform them of the updated itinerary along with additional arrangements to ensure their comfort and enjoyment.
