The MedCruise association, which includes the main cruise ports of the Mediterranean, celebrates its twentieth anniversary with a General Assembly in the Ukrainian city of Odesa, under the motto "Taking stock and planning the future".
The Port of Cartagena, a long-time member of the association, is attending this event, where it has participated in a project with Princess Cruises. Taking advantage of the presence of the world's leading cruise operators at this assembly, meetings have also been held with the shipping lines Costa, Celestyal, MSC, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Compiègne du Ponant, and Silversea.
Particularly relevant has been the participation of the Cartagena Port Authority through its Commercial Director, in the round table on collaboration between cruise ports and their associations, where the experience of Cruise-Friendly Commerce has been highly valued by other ports.
