Regent Seven Seas Cruises presents a new expression of Epicurean Perfection™ aboard Seven Seas Prestige with the announcement of a new daytime dining space: Solmar Terrace. Regent has also unveiled the menu for its new specialty restaurant, Azure, along with several new menu items at the acclaimed Prime 7, further enriching the all-inclusive dining experience awaiting guests aboard Seven Seas Prestige.
To further elevate the dining experience aboard Seven Seas Prestige, Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose is a new, exclusive outdoor space on the ship. Located aft on Deck 5 of Compass Roseand open from 12:00 to 18:00, the restaurant blends relaxed elegance with internationally inspired flavors, inviting guests to enjoy a leisurely dining experience during the day while taking in sweeping ocean views.
With a wide variety of dishes, from mezze-style appetizers and sushi to tapas and yakitori, the daytime menu caters to different tastes and preferences, offering everything from fresh gazpacho and the sushi roll of the day to a diverse selection of grilled yakitori dishes. Asian-inspired small plates include tender Korean beef ribs, chicken or shrimp satay, teriyaki pork belly, indulgent oyster mushrooms, and grilled Japanese salmon. To finish the meal on a sweet note, guests can enjoy desserts such as tres leches cake or creamy crema catalana.

One of seven specialty restaurants and 11 dining experiences, Solmar Terrace will join the already announced Azure as the second new culinary space to debut with Regent's new class of ships.
Inspired by the vibrant flavors, spices, and culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Azure 's new mezze-style menu incorporates influences from Europe, Africa, and Asia. Designed for sharing, the restaurant celebrates connection and discovery through a selection of creative small plates.
Prime 7, reinvented
To further elevate Regent’s renowned Epicurean Perfection standard, the menu at Prime 7 , the company’s celebrated steakhouse, will feature new offerings based on classic recipes. Regent’s culinary teams have carefully crafted these updated recipes, drawing inspiration from renowned steakhouses, including Daniel’s in Miami.
