New spa and wellness experience aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Seven Seas Prestige

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled its biggest wellness offering to date aboard Seven Seas Prestige™, which will feature the largest Serene Spa & Wellness® space in the fleet, Regent's first salt room, the first private in-suite gym and an expanded menu of longevity-focused treatments when the ship debuts in December 2026.

New spa and wellness experience aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Seven Seas PrestigeLocated on deck 4 and representing Regent's largest investment in wellness to date, Seven Seas Prestige will feature the largest Serene Spa & Wellness facilities in the fleet's history, fully equipped with Technogym equipment from the brand's new Sand Stone collection, making it one of the first ships in the world to feature this new collection, designed to define a new level of luxury and wellness.

The offering also includes an expanded menu of advanced wellness and longevity treatments, as well as Regent's first private in-suite fitness studio, located in the Skyview Regent Suite. Building on the active lifestyle offerings of the recently unveiled Solara Sports Deck, these enhancements create Regent's most comprehensive fitness, spa, and wellness experience at sea.

“Wellness has become a core element of the Regent experience for many of our guests, and our Serene Spa & Wellness offering aboard Seven Seas Prestige has been designed to respond to this evolving trend,” said Wesley D’Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Every detail, from the technology that guides individual treatments to the philosophy behind the space itself, has been conceived to help our guests feel completely restored and leave refreshed, revitalized, and better than when they arrived.”

Serene Spa & Wellness Offerings

The Serene Spa & Wellness facilities aboard the Seven Seas Prestige will feature a total of 10 treatment rooms, including an acupuncture room, a Medi-Spa room, and a couples' treatment room. A relaxing, complimentary thermal area will house the company's first salt room and will also offer saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, an aromatherapy room, a snow room, sensory showers, and heated loungers.

Completing a space truly designed with well-being in mind, the salon will feature three hairdressing stations, one barber station, and two pedicure and manicure stations. Treatments and services at Serene Spa & Wellness will incur an additional charge.

The ship's spa space has also been enhanced for the Seven Seas Prestige, featuring the most advanced treatment menu in the fleet to date. Designed as a sanctuary for relaxation, renewal, and discovery, the Serene Spa & Wellness experience combines globally inspired therapies, restorative thermal experiences, and personalized wellness treatments.

Drawing inspiration from wellness traditions around the world, passengers can enjoy exclusive experiences such as the Around the World Massage, the Brazilian Bamboo Massage and the Mediterranean Seaweed Wrap, along with an extensive menu of massages, facials, body therapies and beauty services.

New spa and wellness experience aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Seven Seas PrestigeThe expansion builds on Regent's ongoing collaboration with ELEMIS®, including the recently announced 2027 voyage of the Seven Seas Prestige, Spotlight on Wellness & Longevity with ELEMIS, and is now expanded with the introduction of Cryotighten + Firm by ELEMIS®, an innovative hot and cold body treatment, along with ELEMIS® Red Light Face Mask Therapy.

For passengers seeking more advanced services focused on wellness and longevity, Seven Seas Prestige will also debut Regent's most comprehensive Medi-Spa offering to date. With a significantly expanded Medi-Spa experience, passengers can now enjoy clinical-grade skin analysis alongside advanced aesthetic treatments on board.

Passengers traveling aboard the Seven Seas Prestige will also be able to enjoy sophisticated skin tightening and body contouring treatments using Thermage® FLX and truSculpt® technologies, while a revamped salon program introduces premium keratin hair treatments and personalized eyebrow and eyelash design services from Nouveau®.

The new additions also include Niagen® NAD+ Longevity IV, LED-enhanced acupuncture and the exclusive Plated® Exosomes Serum, together placing Serene Spa & Wellness at the forefront of wellness innovation at sea.

Also elevating the wellness experience, Seven Seas Prestige introduces the NEXA™ portable skin imaging system, an advanced diagnostic tool that provides clinical-grade analysis of both surface and subdermal dermal health, complemented by personalized consultations led by estheticians.

El Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Center

With an area of more than 550 square meters, the Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Centre will be the largest gym in Regent's history, highlighting the company's continued investment in large spaces dedicated to wellness.

Seven Seas Prestige will also be one of the first ships in the world to feature Technogym's new Sand Stone collection wall-to-wall throughout the space, combining the warmth of Mediterranean sandstone with state-of-the-art fitness technology in cardio, strength, functional training and wellness equipment.

The gym will also incorporate Mywellness by Technogym into the Regent fleet, the revolutionary digital platform integrated into the Technogym ecosystem, which offers passengers access to personalized training programs, progress tracking, and on-demand video classes.

The Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Centre will feature dedicated areas for yoga, Pilates, stretching and cycling classes, as well as spaces dedicated to cardiovascular and strength training, equipped with treadmills, dumbbells and much more.

The Skyview Regent Suite: in-suite spa and gym services

Regent passengers will now have access to a fully equipped gym without having to leave their suite.

The Skyview Regent Suite, the world's largest all-inclusive ultra-luxury cruise suite to date, incorporates a 161-square-foot private gym, equipped with a carefully curated selection of Technogym's most advanced wellness equipment, including the Technogym Bike Personal Live, designed by Antonio Citterio; the Kinesis Personal Vision, which offers more than 200 exercises through its patented FullGravity technology; the Technogym Bench, a compact functional training station; and the Technogym Visio, the gym screen that offers guided workouts on demand.

New spa and wellness experience aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Seven Seas PrestigeThis addition transforms the Skyview Regent Suite into the most exclusive address at sea, combining its private in-suite gym with an in-suite spa program that offers two complimentary Serene Spa & Wellness services per day, available either in the Skyview Regent Suite itself or at the spa.

Luxury travelers will be able to experience the new Serene Spa & Wellness offering when Seven Seas Prestige sets sail on its maiden voyage on December 13, 2026.
