MSC Cruises has announced that it will have the biggest Venchi experience ever seen at sea, bringing passengers closer to the prestigious Italian chocolate brand along with new and exclusive offerings.
The collaboration with Venchi reflects MSC Cruises' ongoing commitment to enriching its onboard offerings through partnerships with experts.
The new flagship will satisfy every taste and craving when it begins sailing the Mediterranean from December 2026. It will feature more than 40 bars, lounges, cafes and restaurants, many of them developed in collaboration with internationally renowned and award-winning culinary partners, guaranteeing a diverse and authentic dining experience.
Venchi's space aboard MSC World Asia will be the brand's first store on a World Class ship and the largest in the entire fleet, with capacity for over 60 passengers. Designed as a multi-sensory destination, the boutique will harmoniously combine a shop, a café, and an ice cream parlor in an elegant space located in the Galleria area on deck 6 of the ship.
Passengers will be able to enjoy a wide variety of new experiences, from creating their own fully customized chocolate tablets to indulging in the brand's iconic selection of chocolates (including gift sets and pralines), plus artisanal Italian gelato and other daily specialty treats.
At the heart of this space is a live chocolate-making experience, where passengers can watch Venchi's master chocolatiers at work and even step into the "chocolate lab" to create their own personalized chocolate bars using premium ingredients, such as Piedmont hazelnuts and Venchi's iconic chocolate caviar. Digital tools will also allow for customization of the designs, adding a playful and creative dimension to the experience.
Visitors can immerse themselves in an environment where Italian craftsmanship merges with contemporary elegance, from striking gelato-inspired sculptures that rise from floor to ceiling to carefully curated displays showcasing Venchi's most iconic creations.
The café and lounge will offer a premium coffee experience, featuring Italian espresso and specialty beverages carefully paired with Venchi chocolates. Passengers can also enjoy a selection of freshly prepared crepes and pastries, making it the perfect spot for both breakfast and a sweet afternoon break.

To complement all of the above, there will also be iced milkshakes available, a treat for any time of day, along with a wide selection of classic artisanal ice cream flavors such as extra dark chocolate and gianduja hazelnut; as well as the new and exclusive MSC Cruises flavor, inspired by the colors, flavors and textures of the sea.
Venchi and MSC Cruises have teamed up to create a new exclusive ice cream flavor: “Crunchy Waves”, which will be available at select Venchi stores worldwide from August 1 to 31.
By combining three layers, “Crunchy Waves” creates a fun effect that is as visually appealing as it is delicious to the palate, uniting the essence of both brands in a single cone.
A creamy Bourbon vanilla ice cream base is combined with crunchy hazelnut cookie pieces and salted toffee caramel, inspired by the traditional Italian Bacio di Dama cookie, and is topped with a vibrant blue spirulina layer that evokes the bright hues of the Mediterranean.
This limited-edition flavor can be enjoyed from August on board MSC Cruises' Seaside class ships that feature Venchi ice cream parlors, as well as in a selection of Venchi stores, including those in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Italy, and on board MSC World Asia from December.
MSC World Asia will begin sailing on December 4th and can now be booked, with multiple embarkation ports, including Barcelona.
