MSC Cruises will be the main sponsor of the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES GRAN PREMIO DE BARCELONA-CATALUÑA 2026, which will be held from June 12 to 14 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
This race brings all the excitement of Formula 1® to the Mediterranean coast, with the iconic Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya taking center stage. Recent renovations have enhanced not only performance conditions but also the spectator experience, offering modern facilities and world-class hospitality. Earlier this year, Formula 1® and the MSC Group's cruise division, consisting of MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys, announced a multi-year extension of their global partnership until 2030, further strengthening the cruise company's collaboration with the prestigious motorsport.
This sponsorship complements two other Formula 1® World Championship races in 2026, the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX 2026 and FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES GRANDE PRÊMIO DE SÃO PAULO 2026, as well as existing trackside brand activations and hospitality, as part of the long-standing global partnership. The MSC Group's cruise division brands, MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys, will have a presence at various Grand Prix races throughout the 2026 season.

MSC Cruises also has a prominent presence on the BWT Alpine Formula 1 team's A526 single-seater for the 2026 season, which was presented in January of this year in Barcelona aboard one of the company's flagship ships, MSC World Europa.
