Royal Caribbean Group announces the launch of the Royal Caribbean Group Foundation, a formal expansion of the company's commitment to strengthening coastal communities worldwide. In line with its focus on education, its first contribution will support a state-of-the-art emergency medicine residency program at Jackson Health System. This program will provide world-class clinical training and help educate and empower future physicians in South Florida.
The new foundation formalizes the commitment to expand the company's philanthropic partnerships globally, increasing its capacity to collaborate with organizations and institutions that promote economic opportunities, community well-being, and environmental sustainability.

Its creation represents a genuine step toward the goal of investing in the long-term vitality of the destinations people want to discover, ensuring that tourism continues to generate shared value for future generations.
Continuous learning and innovation are key components of SEA the Future, reflected in projects such as:
- $15 million in scholarships awarded to more than 6,660 students since 1998
- More than 235 community partners supported in more than 85 destinations by 2025
- $13 million invested in conservation and transformative operations with the World Wildlife Fund since 2016
- $1.6 million donated for disaster relief in 2025
- 15 years operating the L'Ecole Nouvelle Royal Caribbean (ENRC) school in Haiti, with 4,600 graduates and 700 scholarships awarded
- More than 280 scholarships for students in the UK Maritime Cadet Programme
- 26 renovated educational spaces that have benefited more than 26,000 teachers and more than 400,000 students in 20 years
In addition, Royal Caribbean Group employees have contributed thousands of volunteer hours to education, disaster relief, ocean conservation, and community development initiatives around the world.
