Over the next 10 days, more than 2,000 engineers and specialists will subject Legend to a comprehensive series of technical tests to evaluate its systems, from testing how the vessel handles in open water to pushing its engine's performance to the limit, and more. Legend will travel over 4,000 kilometers before returning to the Meyer Turku shipyard to complete the final phase of its construction.
Joining the record-breaking Icon Class lineup, Legend will offer the world’s best family vacations with eight distinct neighborhoods for every mood, more than 40 ways to eat, drink, and be entertained, and experiences for vacationers of all ages. Following its inaugural summer season in Europe, the new ship will head to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and take guests on six-night Western Caribbean getaways and eight-night Southern Caribbean adventures, including visits to the brand’s top-rated vacation destination at Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas.
