Silversea enhances its loyalty program with new levels and benefits

Silversea is enhancing its Venetian Society loyalty program, offering guests more ways to earn status, earlier recognition, and meaningful benefits throughout their voyage, making it the most comprehensive loyalty program in the luxury cruise industry. Based on guest feedback, the enhanced program will debut on July 1, 2026, with two new loyalty milestones and enhanced benefits at all levels.

Silversea enhances its loyalty program with new levels and benefits“Our Venetian Society members are at the heart of Silversea, and this update represents a significant step in how we recognize and reward their loyalty,” said Bert Hernandez, Chairman of Silversea. “With new ways to earn VS Days, earlier recognition, and more attractive benefits, we are creating the most rewarding program in the luxury cruise industry, benefiting both long-standing members and those just beginning to build their status with us.”

The Venetian Society will introduce a new, intuitive structure designed to recognize members sooner and celebrate more milestones throughout their journey. The program will continue to award 1 VS Day for each cruise day taken, and beginning in July, members will also receive:

  • 1 VS Day per day on Silversea land programs and city stays
  • 1 additional VS Day per cruise day for eligible solo travelers

Silversea is also launching two new early-stage milestones – 15 VS Days and 50 VS Days – designed to reward guests sooner and celebrate their progress from their first voyages. Some tiers will receive new benefits in addition to the existing ones

  • 15 VS Days: Exclusive one-time welcome offer sent to members
  • 50 VS Days: New booking benefit with $150 onboard credit per member on new bookings
  • 250 VS Days, 350 VS Days, 500 VS Days: Free premium Wi-Fi and priority boarding, plus existing benefits such as free laundry and ironing, a 10% discount on bookings, and a free cruise starting at the 350 VS Days level, among others

Through the Royal Caribbean Group's Loyalty Status Match program, guests traveling with the group's three distinct brands will receive equivalent status recognition, allowing them to enjoy enhanced benefits in Silversea's Venetian Society program.

In addition, guests can personalize their loyalty within the group's family of brands – Silversea, Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean – through the Points Choice program, which offers greater flexibility in how loyalty points are earned and used.
