Princess Cruises presents its new round-trip itineraries from Barbados for 2027 and 2028

Princess Cruises is expanding its 2027 and 2028 Southern Caribbean programs with the addition of Barbados as a homeport. Guests can now choose between sailing round-trip from San Juan, Puerto Rico, or round-trip from Barbados.

Princess Cruises presents its new round-trip itineraries from Barbados for 2027 and 2028More than 30 voyages to 15 destinations are included in the programs, with Crown Princess sailing from January to March 2027 and Emerald Princess from November 2027 to March 2028. Itineraries range from six to nine nights, with most being seven nights.

The addition of Barbados as a homeport, complementing the San Juan program already available on both ships, allows travelers from the UK and Europe to fly directly to begin their holidays.

All itineraries include stops in San Juan, and the trips feature different island combinations throughout the season, including Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, Martinique, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, and Tortola.

Direct flights to Barbados are available from Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, and Birmingham. Guests can book flights independently or through Princess Cruises' Plane Sailing service, which offers added peace of mind with late arrival protection.

Eithne Williamson, Vice President of Princess Cruises for the UK, Ireland and EMEA, said:
*“This expansion to include departures from Barbados adds even more variety in the highly sought-after Southern Caribbean and offers greater convenience to our guests traveling from the UK.

Our Southern Caribbean itineraries include a mix of featured islands and hidden gems, from the lush landscapes of St. Lucia to the tranquil beauty of Tortola, all accompanied by the exceptional service for which Princess is renowned.”*

A seven-night cruise through the Southern Caribbean on the Crown Princess includes stops in San Juan, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Dominica, and Grenada. Departure is March 12, 2027.

The Emerald Princess's 2027-2028 winter/spring program includes holiday and New Year's cruises. A seven-night voyage, sailing round-trip from Barbados, calls at San Juan, Tortola, St. Kitts, Dominica, and Grenada. Departure is December 24, 2027.
