Silversea 's World Cruise , The Curious and the Sea, has begun—the most diverse and immersive voyage in the brand's history. With stops in 59 destinations across 30 countries, this six-continent journey aboard the Silver Dawn will connect travelers with the rich history of seafaring, inspired by the same curiosity that drove ancient mariners to explore uncharted waters.

Guests will depart on this 140-day journey from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after a celebratory evening. The exclusive Bon Voyage farewell event, held at The Boca Raton hotel, featured a 1920s theme inspired by the resort's centennial, where guests sported flapper fashion and enjoyed jazz-era music.
Travelers on the World Cruise will set sail for Central America, passing through the Panama Canal to Ecuador and Peru. They will then visit Easter Island, French Polynesia, and the South Pacific, explore New Zealand, and participate in a semi-circumnavigation of Australia—a first for a Silversea World Cruise. The itinerary continues through Southeast Asia, crossing the Bay of Bengal to Sri Lanka and India, before venturing into the majestic landscapes of South Africa and the west coast of the African continent. This journey of discovery will conclude with European history and culture, ending in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 27, 2026.

- “Diamonds Are Forever” – Cape Town (May 3): Inspired by the legendary Cullinan diamond, this elegant evening at the Vergelegen Conservatory features a bespoke menu created by nine-Michelin-starred chef Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen. - “A Feast of Flowers in Funchal” – Funchal, Madeira (May 23): The latest exclusive event from The Curious and the Sea begins at Funchal’s Central Market during the Flower Festival.
