In 2026, VIVA Cruises will launch exclusive voyages aboard the VIVA RUBY, which will sail from Berlin for the first time, including a unique three-day stay in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.
This elegant and refurbished ship, the VIVA RUBY, will sail four times during July and August 2026, on ten-day voyages that will visit Oranienburg (Germany), Szczecin, Usedom (Poland), and Wolgast, before arriving in Stralsund (Germany), a UNESCO World Heritage city. Afterward, passengers will be transferred to Copenhagen via a special service, where they will enjoy a three-day stay in a 4-star design hotel.
The price includes the ferry crossing from Germany to Denmark, transfer to Copenhagen, and breakfast at the hotel. A city pass is also included, allowing unlimited travel on buses, trains, and the metro, as well as access to iconic attractions such as Tivoli Gardens.
The VIVA RUBY has been completely modernized and can accommodate 80 passengers. “Our cultural ship, VIVA RUBY, now reflects a modern design aesthetic after an extensive renovation, and is clearly recognizable as part of the VIVA Cruises fleet,” explains Andrea Kruse, the company’s CEO.
As part of the renovation, eight new suites with French balconies have been added, offering an elevated and more exclusive experience.

The new VIVA RUBY itineraries will include VIVA Cruises' All Inclusive, with gourmet menus in up to three restaurants, high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, minibar, Rituals brand beauty products, Wi-Fi and all gratuities included.
