Compagnie Française de Crosières (CFC) presents its 2026 cruises, featuring new ports of call in Northern Europe, a special cruise to observe a solar eclipse in the Mediterranean, and a new embarkation port in Dunkirk. The company also confirms a 2025 season marked by a winter presence in the Caribbean and a strong return to its Northern European itineraries.
The big news for the 2026 season is the new homeport of Dunkirk for the Renaissance, replacing Le Havre. Returning from the Caribbean, the CFC ship will set sail from France's northernmost port city on March 28, 2026, "in search of the Northern Lights.".
The company also offers a range of itineraries, including a 3-night mini-cruise designed as an introduction to the CFC experience. Iceland, the British Isles, and the Norwegian fjords are among the destinations the ship will visit, with its first stop in Bergen being a highlight, made possible by environmental works carried out earlier this year in Germany.
The Renaissance will depart from Dunkirk for Marseille on August 1, 2026, on an 11-day cruise, with stops in Lisbon, Cadiz, and Malaga. From Marseille, a specially designed cruise is scheduled for August 11 to offer a prime view of a solar eclipse.
From mid-August to mid-October 2025, the ship will sail to the Mediterranean, with new stops including Tunis, Carthage, Valletta, Korčula, Dubrovnik, and Kotor. Then, from November 2025 to March 2026, the company will offer packages with flights to Guadeloupe for cruises in the French Caribbean, the British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, Bonaire, Saint Lucia, and Saint Kitts. All of this before the ship's return to Dunkirk.
