Norwegian Cruise Line is adding four new and original NCL entertainment productions that will debut throughout September 2025 on nine ships, including Norwegian Breakaway, Encore, Epic, Escape, Gem, Getaway, Jewel, Joy, and Prima. The new shows, “Red, White, & British,” “Bring Back the 90s,” “ICONS: The Bands,” and “Ignite the Night,” were created at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ studios in Tampa, Florida, and feature collaborations with world-renowned artists to provide guests with new, high-quality entertainment options.

These innovative shows, only available on board our ships, reflect our commitment to providing unforgettable and unique experiences that elevate every aspect of our guests’ NCL journey,” said Bryan A. The new British tribute show “Red, White, & British” pays homage to iconic British performers such as David Bowie and Queen. To kick off the summer season in Europe, “Red, White, & British” will debut on the Norwegian Breakaway® cruise ship starting March 14, 2025. The show will then premiere on May 14, 2025, on the Norwegian Epic® Greek Islands cruise, followed by the Norwegian Prima® during its Northern Europe voyage on August 24, 2025.
NCL will also present “Bring Back the 90s,” another new NCL original production that will debut during the departure of the Norwegian Getaway on March 2, 2025. It will take guests on a nostalgic “Alice in Wonderland”-inspired journey through iconic 90s moments, including songs by Alanis Morissette, Salt-N-Pepa, and Destiny’s Child.
The exciting new show will also debut aboard the Norwegian Joy® during its departure to Alaska on July 7, 2025 from Seattle, homeport until September 2025.
Premiering aboard the Norwegian Encore® on March 30, 2025, in the Panama Canal, the immersive concert experience, “ICONS: The Bands,” will bring to life the hits of legendary bands that defined generations. The production will feature the Choir of Man. Stacy Walker, known for her work with artists such as Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga, will direct and choreograph the show. The production will also premiere aboard the Norwegian Escape®, departing Miami for the Caribbean on May 25, 2025.
Adding to the lineup, “Ignite the Night” will debut aboard the Norwegian Jewel® during its Caribbean voyage departing from Tampa, Florida, on March 2, 2025. Guests wishing to experience this exciting production aboard the Norwegian Jewel can now book its immersive 12-day Caribbean voyage departing from Tampa, Florida, on March 30, 2025, or its Bermuda voyages from Boston between April and August 2025. “Ignite the Night” will later debut on the Norwegian Gem’s Canada and New England voyages departing from Quebec City, Canada, on September 5, 2025.
More shows outside the main theater
NCL's entertainment team has also created additional programming outside the main theater that includes more cast interactions, increased live music, and a wider range of entertainment.
For example, with the “Mini Moments of More”, unexpected flashmob performances in the pool, dining areas, atriums, creating exciting and immersive experiences for all guests.
