My Royal Genie, Royal Caribbean International 's innovative digital tool for travel agents, has arrived in the Spanish market. Thanks to this platform, agents can create their own personalized digital catalogs, integrating videos and multimedia elements to offer customized content and showcase the extraordinary experiences available on Royal Caribbean vacations.
The new tool allows agents to create brochures tailored to each client's specific needs, helping them to engage more effectively, better track their clients' requirements, and adapt their sales strategies directly from the My Royal Genie dashboard. The tool is available through the Club Royal, the learning platform that rewards agents with financial incentives for every booking. It's very easy to use. Based on a few questions, a personalized interactive brochure is generated, which can then be sent directly to the client via email or WhatsApp.
One of the first agents to participate in the pilot project explained: “It was so simple that I didn't have to watch any videos or have anyone explain how to use the tool to make my first booking with Royal Genie. What I like most is that when you send all the information to your client about the itinerary and the ship you've looked at together, it adds that professional touch by including my contact information so they can finalize the booking. Also, if I have any questions about a ship's features, I can always use this tool, which explains all the onboard facilities, restaurants, and relaxation options.”
Sergio Arévalo, Sales Director in Spain, comments: “We are delighted to launch My Royal Genie in Spain, which underscores our commitment to providing the latest digital solutions to the travel agents we work with. This is part of a strategic effort to streamline the holiday selection process for both agents and our clients, and an additional benefit within Club Royal, our loyalty program for travel agents. The platform has been a great success for our colleagues in the UK and Ireland since its launch in 2023, and we look forward to sharing that success in the Spanish market for what we are confident will be a bright 2025.”
