Azamara Cruises will visit 8 inaugural ports and less frequented destinations only accessible to smaller ships on its winter voyages for 2025 and 2026.

Azamara's new voyages include a Grand Voyage circumnavigating South America and consecutive Caribbean cruises with no sea days. With multiple Extended Destination Days on each voyage, travelers can spend more time exploring without feeling rushed.
“At Azamara, we are always looking to offer new travel experiences to our customers, from inaugural ports to industry-leading itineraries. Azamara will visit eight new ports of call in 2025 and 2026, from Scarborough, the capital of the small island of Tobago, to Pointe des Galets on the beautiful French island of Réunion,” said David Duff, Managing Director for the UK at Azamara Cruises.
“We know that British travelers are also looking to sail for longer periods, so we are delighted to launch a new 79-night Grand Voyage in 2026 that will take guests to 47 ports in 24 countries and include a total of seven overnight stays in cities such as Buenos Aires, Argentina and San Antonio, Chile“.
Stuart Pearce, UK Sales Director for Azamara Cruises, comments: “The demand for more time in port continues to rise among British travelers. So, with more overnight stays than any other cruise line, and now with new sailings announced that offer multiple Extended Destination Days and exciting inaugural destinations, Azamara continues to lead the way for Destination Immersion cruising in our market and globally.”
Stuart adds: “To show our continued support for travel partners across the UK, agents will continue to receive rewards on all new bookings made with Azamara, including new 2025 and 2026 departures, available through the Azamara Rewards platform.”
To meet the demand for longer itineraries, Azamara offers a 79-night Grand Voyage that begins and ends in Miami and immerses passengers in destinations throughout South America.
Azamara has also designed its Caribbean itineraries to prioritize days in port, so passengers can book consecutive Caribbean voyages to spend up to 14 days exploring the culture of each Caribbean island with 0 days at sea.
Azamara's itineraries for 2025 and 2026 will visit inaugural ports such as:
- Santa Marta, Colombia: Located between the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Caribbean Sea, Santa Marta offers colonial architecture, pristine beaches, and rich indigenous cultures.
- Maizuru, Japan: Nestled on the coast of Kyoto Prefecture, Maizuru was a strategic naval base during the Meiji era. Adventurers and foodies alike can savor the flavors of traditional Japanese cuisine against the backdrop of the Maizuru Mountains.
- St. Pierre, Martinique: St. Pierre was the scene of a devastating volcanic eruption in 1902 and is now home to intriguing ruins, Creole culture, colorful architecture and picturesque coastal views.
- Celukan Bawang, Bali, Indonesia: Celukan Bawang is a picturesque port town offering lush landscapes, tranquil beaches, and vibrant markets to explore. Travelers can enjoy a getaway while fully immersing themselves in traditional Balinese culture.
