MSC Cruises appoints Elia Congiu as Chief Operating Officer for its Cruise Division, based at the company's headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
This new position has been created to support MSC's continued growth and lead the company's transformation projects.
The new role will focus on driving efficiency and synergy across the Cruise Division.
Elia Congiu has been with MSC for 11 years. As HR Director of the Cruise Division, he has successfully built the global HR organization and possesses a deep understanding of the company, its operating models, its people, and its culture.
The appointment will take effect next month, and the news of Congiu's successor will be announced shortly.
