Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) appoints Neil Brodie as Vice President of “Experiences at Sea”, Charters, Meetings and Incentive Business.

Brodie succeeds Anthony Diaz, who had held the position of vice president since August 2021 and will now remain with the company as a specialized advisor until June 2024.
In his new role, Neil Brodie will lead sales, growth and business operations for the charter, meetings and business department, creating unique experiences at sea for a wide variety of corporate, themed and specialized events for all NCL, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands.
“I am delighted that Neil Brodie will assume this role as Vice President, in which he will oversee the development of corporate events, business, and comprehensive programs for all three brands,” said David J. Herrera, President of Norwegian Cruise Line. “Neil has proven to be a great leader within the company, guiding the team to a successful year and continuing to accelerate growth.”
In 2023, “Experiences at Sea” kicked off the year with 13 consecutive cruises from January to March, featuring specialized events for corporate groups. The year concluded with the charter team hosting meetings and business events.
“I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to lead our team this year after an outstanding 2023,” says Neil Brodie. “The future is bright, and our team is the best in the business, being remarkably proactive in delivering group events and tailoring our clients’ preferences and needs to the right ship, itinerary, and experience across all three brands. Their dedication is second to none.”
“Neil and I have worked closely together over the past two years, and it has been a pleasure to watch him develop into the leader he is today,” concludes Anthony Diaz, former Senior Vice President of CM&I at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., adding: “With Neil’s commitment and the results he has delivered to the company, he is perfectly positioned to lead the team to a successful future, and I feel fortunate to be able to maintain my relationship with him in an advisory capacity.”
