Princess Cruises will feature a new “Katmai National Park Cruisetour” for the 2024 season, providing guests with a deeper and closer encounter with Alaskan wildlife.

Now on sale, the 9-day Katmai National Park Cruisetour includes two nights in Anchorage, where guests have the opportunity to embark on a bear-watching experience at Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park.
This experience will give travelers the opportunity to delve into the heart of Alaska's wilderness, allowing them to witness these creatures in their natural habitat, before or after sailing on a seven-day Voyage of the Glaciers cruise that includes a visit to Glacier Bay National Park and viewing the glaciers at College Fjord or Hubbard Glacier.
The cruise also offers the opportunity to visit Alaska's premier Wildlife Conservation Center, located just outside Whittier. This sanctuary is dedicated to preserving Alaskan wildlife through conservation, education, research, and quality care. Here, guests will encounter elk, musk oxen, reindeer, wolves, lynx, caribou, and much more.
“This extraordinary cruise will offer guests a deeper connection to the natural wonders of Alaska and the opportunity to explore the region’s pristine wilderness and majestic landscapes,” said Terry Thornton, Chief Commercial Officer of Princess Cruises. “This exclusive experience reflects our commitment to providing unique and enriching voyages that allow our guests to explore more of Alaska while creating lasting memories.”
