MSC Cruises extends its global partnership agreement with Formula 1. The company will continue as an official partner of Formula 1 until the end of the 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
The increased global interest in Formula 1 has led to significant benefits for the company and its product portfolio from the existing global partnership agreement. Therefore, MSC Cruises has enhanced this agreement, further strengthening the partnership through an expanded program.
As part of the agreement, MSC Cruises ships will call at certain Grand Prix weekends to offer an accommodation experience from the circuit to the cruise ship.
Formula 1 fans can now book fully integrated accommodation on board MSC Virtuosa at the 2023 Etihad Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Serving as a cruise-hotel throughout the race weekend while docked at the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal. A variety of packages are available, combining accommodation, race tickets, and exclusive access to F1 Experiences.
The first phase will begin when MSC Virtuosa is in Abu Dhabi for the final round of the 2023 Formula 1 season, offering accommodation and transport packages for fans and VIPs.
MSC Cruises will also be the main sponsor of the 2023 Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix, where it will carry out an activation for race attendees within the fan zone.

MSC Virtuosa will be in port from November 23 to 27, giving visitors the opportunity to extend their race weekend.
