SeaDream Yacht Club, a luxury travel line, will incorporate a variety of vegan menu options on board its yachts, catering to the growing demand among environmentally conscious travelers.
The company implemented the first raw food menu at sea more than a decade ago and introduced vegan options in 2013. Over time, the company has expanded its kitchen to offer unique vegan dishes on every menu, and now guests can enjoy them at every meal, if they wish.

“With decades of experience in the areas of whole foods and wellness, we are very pleased to expand our culinary offerings to include more vegan food options than ever before, as we strive to provide exceptional culinary experiences that are aligned with our commitment to sustainability,” said Andreas Brynestad of SeaDream Yacht Club.
New vegan dining options will be available starting April 22 on SeaDream II and the following month on SeaDream I in all onboard restaurants, including the Dining Salon and the open-air Topside Restaurant. Guests can expect a wide range of creative vegan dishes, all made with high-quality, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients, including flavors from local farmers' markets.
The culinary team, led by fleet executive chef Tomasz Kozlowski, has received extensive training in plant-based culinary techniques and ingredient sourcing to ensure that vegan options are prepared to the highest culinary standards.
In addition to vegan food, the SeaDream Yacht Club also offers other dietary options, such as vegetarian, gluten-free, high-protein, and pescatarian.
Since its inception, SeaDream Yacht Club has been committed to sustainability and environmental conservation, and the expansion of its special plant-based menu is an important step towards the company's goals of reducing its carbon footprint and providing a truly eco-friendly sailing experience for all its guests.
