The float-out ceremony for the “Seven Seas Grandeur”, the third luxury cruise ship that Fincantieri is building for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the luxury line of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., was held at the Ancona shipyard and will be delivered in November of this year.
Like the first two ships in its class, the Seven Seas Grandeur has a gross tonnage of 55,500 and a capacity for 746 passengers, boasting one of the highest staff-to-passenger ratios in the industry. It is built using the latest environmental protection technologies, while the interiors are particularly sophisticated, with every attention focused on the guest experience.
Regent's sixth ship and latest addition to The World's Most Luxurious Fleet, Seven Seas Grandeur, will set sail in November 2023, offering 18 Caribbean and Mediterranean voyages, as well as two transatlantic crossings, all ranging from seven to 16 nights. The inaugural voyage collection includes a brand-new seven-night inaugural cruise exploring the Adriatic and Western Mediterranean from Venice (Trieste), Italy, to Barcelona, Spain.
Now afloat at Fincantieri's shipyards in Ancona, Italy, the final phase of construction of the Seven Seas Grandeur begins, focusing on its luxurious suites, elegant lounges and exquisite restaurants, which will embody Regent's heritage of perfection.
