Both are currently sales and marketing directors for their respective brands and have extensive experience at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
Effective January 1, Del Rio succeeds Howard Sherman and DeMarco replaces Jason Montague. Sherman and Montague will become special advisors to NCLH. Both DeMarco and Del Rio will now report to Harry Sommer, president of Norwegian Cruise Line.

Andrea DeMarco has become Regent's first female president. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the cruise industry across multiple areas of the business. She has served as Regent Seven Seas Cruises' chief sales and marketing officer since September 2021, during a pivotal time for the cruise line as it resumed operations following the pandemic. Prior to this role, DeMarco held several positions of increasing responsibility since joining the company in 2012, most recently as senior vice president of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Environment, Social, and Governance for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings from January 2020 to August 2021. She successfully represented the company on Wall Street since its initial public offering and garnered numerous accolades, including recognition as the top overall investor relations officer in the leisure industry in the prestigious U.S. Executive Team Institutional Investors rankings. She previously worked in charter flight sales and corporate financial planning roles at Royal Caribbean Group. She holds an MBA in Finance from Florida International University and a BS in Finance from Florida State University.
Frank A. Del Rio Jr. is an industry veteran. He began his career in the cruise industry in 2003 and has served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Oceania Cruises since March 2022, where he worked closely with Sherman, and as Senior Vice President of Port Destinations and Onboard Revenue from March 2015 to April 2017. From 2018 to March 2022, he pursued entrepreneurial opportunities in the private equity, finance, and technology sectors, where he was involved across a wide range of products and industries, including telecommunications and 5G network solutions, medical and real estate development, including serving as CEO of Divinus Life LLC, a specialty provider of skin and wellness products, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to the Company’s acquisition of Prestige Cruises International and its subsidiaries (“Prestige”), Frank A. Del Rio served as Senior Vice President of Port and Destination Services at Prestige from 2008 to March 2022. 2015 and as Vice President of Destination Services and Product Development at Prestige from 2003 to 2008. Frank A. Del Rio has a BS/BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida.
