The Port of Huelva is scheduled to receive a total of four cruise ship calls during the month of June, bringing more than 5,500 passengers. The first ship to dock at the South Quay will be the Thomson Spirit with 1,300 passengers and almost 500 crew members.
The stop before Huelva is the Port of Lisbon and from the port of Huelva it will head towards the Port of Malaga.
As for the nationalities of the passengers, the vast majority come from the United Kingdom, as well as Ireland, the United States, and to a lesser extent from Poland, Slovakia, France and Spain.
The next ship to arrive at the Port of Huelva will be the Braemar, from the Fred Olsen Cruise company, on June 12th. This ship visited the port last year and is expected to carry more than 900 passengers.
On June 17, the Thomson Majesty ship, also from the Thomson company, will dock in the port of Huelva with more than 1,800 passengers.
The last ship to arrive in June will again be the Thomson Spirit, on June 18, which is making a repeat stop this month with 1,300 passengers.
The Port of Huelva has made available to tourists who want to visit the city a shuttle bus system from the South Dock to Plaza del Punto, so that cruise passengers can walk through the streets of the center and be close to the main tourist attractions of the city such as the English Quarter, the Casa Colón, the Plaza de las Monjas or the pedestrian shopping streets of the urban center.
