The port of Le Havre welcomes the first ship of the season, the AIDAmar, which will make seven calls before other ships arrive. A total of 128 ships are scheduled to call at Le Havre in 2016. More than 285,000 passengers are expected, which is considered a new record. In addition, 10 ships will be calling for the first time.
In addition to these anticipated stops, the AIDAprima will begin its weekly stops, starting on May 3, which will last throughout the year.
Fourteen partial “interporting” or “turnaround” operations will be carried out on board the MSC Splendida of MSC Cruises, Cota Cruises and Oceania Cruises.
As expected, May and September will be the busiest months of the year.
