Claus Bødker, director of Cruise Baltic, has announced a strategic partnership agreement with Princess Cruises. This agreement was formalized in September 2015 at a meeting between Claus Bødker and Bruce Krumrine, vice president of Holland America Group.
Claus Bødker stated: “With this initiative, the first of its kind with a cruise line, we are demonstrating our commitment to creating the best cruise experience in the world, coupled with the goal of attracting more passengers to the Baltic Sea region. Our ports and destinations will work together with Princess Cruises on this project, always keeping in mind that the most important thing is to ensure passenger satisfaction and the best possible experience.”.
The initiatives included in this program are the following: welcome videos for passengers, exclusive excursions in each port, tour guides, and actions related to marketing and media relations.
