The Port of Las Palmas is expecting up to 30 cruise ship calls in February. Activity at the Santa Catalina dock is particularly intense on weekends, with the regular arrival this winter of the AIDAnova on Saturdays, and the AIDAsol and Mein Schiff 4 on Sundays.
On February 1st, it receives four large tourist ships: the Mein Schiff Herz, from Tui Cruises; the Azura, from P&O Cruises; La Belle des Oceans, from CroisiEurope; and the Vasco de Gama, from Mystic Cruises, all four consigned in the city by Hamilton & Co.
This month also features Wednesday the 15th, with three more dockings: El Azura, La Belle des Oceans, and Vasco de Gama. The latter will dock again on February 25th.
The Port of Las Palmas is scheduled to receive the Marella Explorer, handled by Intercruises, on Mondays, February 6, 13, and 27. Additionally, passengers aboard La Belle des Oceans, in transit, will be able to visit the city on Tuesday, February 7, Wednesday, February 15, and on Shrove Tuesday, February 21, when it will share a berth with the Spirit of Adventure, operated by Saga Shipping Co. and handled by Pérez y Cia.
The Norwegian Sun, from Norwegian Cruise Line, consigned by Intercruises, is expected on Thursday, February 9 and Monday, February 20; and the Iona, from P&O Cruises, consigned by Hamilton & Co., on Friday, February 24.
The AIDAnova returns on Saturdays February 4, 11, 18 and 25; and the AIDAsol, consigned by Perez y Cia, and the Mein Schiff 4, consigned by Hamilton y Cia., are expected on Sundays February 5, 12, 19 and 26.
