MSC Cruises will be the title sponsor of three races in the 2027 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship next year: the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES BELGIAN GRAND PRIX, the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES TURKISH GRAND PRIX and the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES PORTUGUESE GRAND PRIX 2027.
For the second year running, MSC Cruises will be the title sponsor of three races during the Formula 1® season, further reinforcing the cruise company's long-standing relationship with the world's premier motorsport series, based on shared values such as teamwork, precision and innovation.
The three major sponsorships announced add to MSC Cruises' existing brand promotion initiatives and hospitality activities on the tours, as part of the long-standing global partnership, first established in 2022 and running until 2030.
Throughout the 2027 season, the two brands belonging to the MSC Group's cruise division – MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys – will be present at a selection of Formula 1® Grand Prix races, bringing both brands closer to fans around the world.
BELGIUM – BELGIAN FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX MSC CRUISES 2027
The 2027 Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix MSC Cruises, taking place from July 23-25, 2027, will bring the excitement of Formula 1® to the forests of the Belgian Ardennes. The 7.004-kilometer Spa-Francorchamps circuit is one of the longest and most demanding on the Formula 1® calendar.
PORTUGAL – FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES PORTUGAL GRAND PRIX 2027
The Formula 1 MSC Cruises Portuguese Grand Prix 2027, taking place from June 18-20, 2027, marks Formula 1's return to Portugal after a brief hiatus. The circuit, the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, located in the picturesque Algarve region, is renowned for its technical challenges and dramatic elevation changes, making it a key venue for the sport.
Türkiye – FORMULA 1 TURKISH GRAND PRIX MSC CRUISES 2027
The Formula 1 Turkish Grand Prix MSC Cruises 2027 returns to the F1 calendar from October 1-3, as part of a new five-year agreement that will come into effect in 2027. Istanbul Park, located about 45 kilometers from Istanbul, first hosted F1 in 2005 and its iconic 5.33km circuit, run counter-clockwise, has been the venue for a total of nine Grands Prix, pushing both drivers and cars to the limit.
