Turkish Airlines has been named “Europe’s Best Airline” for the eleventh time at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards. These awards, known as the “Oscars” of the aviation industry, were presented at a ceremony held on September 18 in London.
In addition to being named “Best Airline in Europe,” Turkish Airlines received the award for “World’s Best Business Class In-Flight Catering” for the tenth time and the award for “Best Airline in Southern Europe” for the thirteenth time. Turkish Airlines also received five other awards in the economy and business class categories for Europe and Southern Europe, bringing its total number of awards at the ceremony to eight.
Speaking about the awards, Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Murat Şeker, said: “We are delighted to have been named ‘Best Airline in Europe’ for the eleventh time and to lead in other categories.
