MarSenses Hotels & Homes reaches 8th place among the Best Workplaces Europe

MarSenses Hotels & Homes has entered the top 10 best places to work in Europe, reaching 8th place in the Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe 2026 ranking and becoming the only hospitality company to appear. This jump of 31 places compared to 2025 recognizes a company philosophy where caring for people is also a way to improve the hospitality industry.

MarSenses Hotels & Homes reaches 8th place among the Best Workplaces EuropeThe recognition comes after a year in which MarSenses has continued to develop a people-centered management model, with new measures focused on the well-being, work-life balance, inclusion, and development of its teams. The company was also recognized in March as Best Workplace Spain 2026 in the category of companies with between 251 and 500 employees, in addition to receiving the special Better for Business award and the Best Workplaces 2026 Best Executive award for its CEO, Rodrigo Fitaroni.

“This European recognition makes us especially happy because behind a ranking there is something much more important: the experience of the people who are part of MarSenses. Having gone from 39th to 8th place in one year shows us that we are progressing, but it also reminds us that a corporate culture is not built with grand pronouncements, but by listening, making decisions, and turning our values into concrete actions,” says the People and Wellbeing department of MarSenses Hotels & Homes.

For MarSenses, this European recognition comes at a particularly significant time. Over the past year, the company has continued to implement new measures aimed at improving the experience of its teams and adapting working conditions to the different needs and stages of professional life.

Among them is the reduction of the working day to 37.5 hours per week for the entire staff, maintaining salary conditions, as well as the 32-hour workday for professionals over 58 years of age in certain groups, also without salary reduction.

This commitment to well-being is further complemented by its universal accessibility model, developed from proprietary standards that continuously review aspects such as rooms, common areas, signage, customer service, and digital accessibility. In 2026, the chain also incorporated sensory rooms in its family accommodations and rooms designed with seamless accessibility in mind, so that all guests can enjoy their holidays with the same freedom and comfort.
