A NEW ERA OF WELL-BEING AT SEA
Spread across two decks, Mandara Spa, designed by Rockwell Group, will utilize the restorative power of nature to create a vast wellness sanctuary, with spaces and experiences inspired by forest canopies, cave-like shelters, waterfalls and the rhythms of nature.
At the heart of this experience is the industry's largest Thermal Suite, offering 15 wellness services, including 11 new spaces and experiences, all designed around the principles of contrast therapy. Guests can alternate between warm and cool spaces, water features, and tranquil relaxation areas to create their own unique relaxation routine, whether to unwind after a day on land, recover from their journey, or simply enjoy a moment of calm at sea.
Among the standout experiences is the Sensory Rain Pool, the first of its kind at sea. This immersive 360-degree experience transforms calm waters into a tropical rain and, finally, a spectacular electrical storm, complete with simulated lightning effects and thunder sounds, surrounding passengers with nature in an unforgettable way.
As part of the Thermal Suite's contrast therapy circuit, several new aquatic and thermal options are being incorporated, including:
- Blue Glow Suite, a soft blue lighting experience designed to promote relaxation and aid recovery after travel.
- Foot Spa, dedicated to relieving and refreshing tired feet and muscles.
- Waterfall Experience, where passengers can relax while water falls over their head and shoulders.
- Snow Cave, with its rough, rock-like walls covered in freshly fallen white snow, whose cold therapy benefits are known to contribute to the effects on inflammation.
- Reflection Pool, a reflection pool with panoramic sea views.
- Guided Hot and Cold Plunge.
Passengers will also be able to enjoy different specific relaxation spaces spread throughout the spa, such as a Salt Room, Meditation Lounge, Aromatic Steam Room, Finnish Sauna, Charcoal Sauna and Zen Lounge.
The spa will also feature 24 treatment rooms, a full-service beauty salon, a Skin Lab , and expanded medi-spa services, including intravenous therapy, NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) to promote energy and overall vitality, and acupuncture. The facility will also include a state-of-the-art fitness center with dedicated training studios and wellness programs.

Additional improvements include the expansion of Surfside Café, which will now occupy both sides of the ship to create a more seamless experience for passengers, as well as the return of Indulge Food Hall, which will feature nine globally inspired stations.
Building on the popularity of NCL's culinary offerings on Indulge, passengers will be able to enjoy Mexican dishes inspired by Los Lobos, as well as a new Middle Eastern concept and familiar options like Q Texas Smokehouse, Planterie, and Nudls.
