MSC World Asia expands its free dining options with new spaces and choices

MSC Cruises today revealed details of the extensive complimentary dining options that will be offered on MSC World Asia, the company's new flagship, which will feature more free and takeaway food choices than ever before when it begins sailing the Mediterranean from Barcelona this December.

MSC World Asia expands its free dining options with new spaces and choicesThe MSC World Asia will offer the ultimate cruise experience with over 40 bars, lounges, and restaurants, international entertainment options, a wide range of family-friendly facilities, and much more. From elegant main restaurants to international dining concepts and relaxed, casual experiences, passengers will find a wide variety of choices throughout the ship, with a blend of traditional dishes and new flavors.

As the newest and most innovative ship in the World Class series, celebrating the beauty of the world's continents and oceans and reflecting the global character of MSC Cruises, MSC World Asia will feature subtle design elements that reflect the rich culture, art, and landscapes of Asia.

The ship's complimentary dining options will range from fine dining restaurants and buffets to casual fast food outlets and grab-and-go options, perfect for a quick bite between activities. Highlights include:

• Aqua Food Market – Located on the Aqua Deck, this new casual dining option will feature five distinct food stalls offering a wide variety of international cuisines. Inspired by the coastal gems of Europe, the Aqua Food Market will offer freshly prepared, customizable dishes in a relaxed poolside setting, with the option to dine in or take your food to the pool. Whether it's salads, fries with toppings, sandwiches, pita bread, or desserts, this new spot will have something for every type of traveler.
• Grab & Go Buffet – Located on the Aqua Deck near the pool, the Grab & Go Buffet will offer a selection of grab-and-go bites for passengers looking for a quick snack between activities.
• Pan-Asian On-the-Go – The new Pan-Asian street food concept will include a dedicated window serving complimentary street-style snacks throughout the day, such as crispy seafood balls, fluffy bao buns, and more. The takeout option is one of three experiences offered at the venue, along with a specialty restaurant and a bar.
• Promenade Bites – Located in the Promenade district, Promenade Bites will serve a selection of complimentary sweet and savory snacks.
• The Harbour Bar & Bites – Families hanging out in the Family Aventura district can stop by The Harbour Bar & Bites for complimentary to-go sweet and savory snacks and cold drinks.
• Pizza & Burger – Located next to Luna Park in the World Galleria, this casual fast-food spot will serve pizza, burgers, and quick bites 24 hours a day.

These additional venues will complement the specialized dining experiences on MSC World Asia, bringing the ship's total to 20 dining options. These include five main restaurants, including the exclusive MSC Yacht Club, six specialty concepts, two casual buffets, and seven quick-service and takeaway options.

From December 4, 2026, MSC World Asia will offer seven-night itineraries from Barcelona to some of the most sought-after destinations in the Mediterranean, including Marseille, Messina, Civitavecchia (to visit Rome), Naples and Valletta.
