Scenic has launched its most extensive collection to date of ultra-luxury discovery yacht voyages with the unveiling of its Worldwide Voyages and Land Journeys 2028-2029 program.
The new season spans all seven continents, over 100 countries and 600 ports of call, inviting travelers to journey the world from pole to pole, from historic coastlines and vibrant cultural capitals to remote polar regions and some of the most unique and least visited destinations on the planet.
One of the most anticipated and exciting moments of this collection will be the inaugural season of the Scenic Ikon, which will join the Scenic Eclipse and Scenic Eclipse II from April 2028. Together, the three Scenic Discovery Yachts will offer an expanded range of ultra-luxury, all-inclusive ocean voyages, combining innovative design and immersion in some of the world's most extraordinary destinations.
The 2028/29 collection reinforces Scenic's philosophy of offering premium services included in select suite categories and special promotions. Guests will enjoy standard Scenic Discovery and Scenic Freechoice excursions, while select "Super Earlybird" bookings will also include a scenic helicopter experience, taking the all-inclusive exploration concept beyond the shore and offering unique perspectives of each destination.
Passengers booking superior suites will also enjoy additional benefits, including, for those traveling to the Antarctic Peninsula, a private jet upgrade between Buenos Aires and Ushuaia. Furthermore, select trips within Europe and the Americas will include private airport transfers with a driver and a private excursion of the guest's choice.
One of the highlights of the collection will be the return of the Scenic Eclipse II to the Asia-South Pacific region, including Australia, the Kimberley region, and the Ross Sea in East Antarctica. The ship's return responds to the strong demand generated by the successful 2024 and 2025 seasons, confirming the enormous appeal of these ultra-luxury experiences in some of the most spectacular and accessible destinations for the local market.
Tom Batchelor, Vice President of Deployment, Product & Port Operations – Ocean, noted that the new collection reflects Scenic's continued leadership in ultra-luxury discovery cruises.
“The Scenic 2028/29 collection represents an extraordinary season for the brand, with three Scenic Discovery Yachts offering guests more choices, more destinations and more ways to discover the world in an environment of true all-inclusive ultra-luxury.
“The arrival of the Scenic Ikon marks the next evolution of our Scenic Discovery Yacht fleet, while the return of the Scenic Eclipse II to Australia, Kimberley, Asia, the South Pacific and East Antarctica provides even more opportunities to explore both iconic destinations and exciting new frontiers.”.
Coinciding with this launch, Scenic is also presenting the new brochure “Expeditions Voyages & Land Journeys”, which brings together its ultra-luxury cruises to Antarctica and the Arctic, complemented by specially designed land extensions in South America, Greenland, Iceland and Northern Europe.
Scenic Group is the only operator that designs, builds, owns and operates its entire portfolio of ocean cruises, river cruises and land travel, enabling it to offer a fully integrated experience under a single brand.
A second, complementary brochure, scheduled for the end of May, will include trips and land extensions in Europe, the Mediterranean, America, Australia, and Oceania.
