Explora Journeys launches In Balance: Jannik Sinner's oceanic wellness program, now open for bookings and available on all trips starting April 24 on EXPLORA I and from May 18 on EXPLORA II.
This launch represents a significant evolution in the brand's collaboration with Grand Slam champion and global ambassador Jannik Sinner, opening a new chapter in onboard wellness. The program will also come to life during Jannik's presence on EXPLORA III's Mediterranean Prelude itinerary. Thanks to the ship's early delivery, this unprecedented five-night voyage from Genoa to Civitavecchia (Rome), taking place from July 24 to 29, 2026, will feature Jannik on July 24 and 25.
Developed in close collaboration with Jannik and his performance team, In Balance: Jannik Sinner’s Oceanic Wellness Program adapts the discipline of elite competition to a personalized guest experience focused on long-term physical and mental vitality. Bookings for the full program, debuting aboard EXPLORA I on April 24 and EXPLORA II on May 18, are now available.

In Balance: Jannik Sinner's Ocean Wellbeing Program
Based on the brand's Ocean Wellness philosophy, the program reimagines high performance from a holistic perspective. Inspired by Jannik's calm, disciplined, and effortless playing style, which is backed by years of rigorous preparation, the program is structured around four fundamental pillars:
- Train: Individual training session focused on precision, control and balanced performance, adapting high-performance principles for different fitness levels.
- Re-centre (Recentering): a guided breathing practice that promotes mental clarity and nervous system regulation through calm and intentional breathing techniques.
- Restore: a restorative treatment that combines muscle release techniques and therapeutic massage to relieve fatigue, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation.
- Renew: The program concludes with a revitalizing wellness circuit in the thermal area of Ocean Wellness – The Spa, where alternating hot and cold therapies stimulate circulation, promote recovery and restore balance.
Each element is carefully designed to anchor guests in the present moment, allowing the Ocean State of Mind to extend beyond their stay at sea.
EXPLORA III's Mediterranean Prelude sets sail from Genoa on July 24, with stops in Marseille, Saint-Tropez, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Livorno, before arriving in Civitavecchia (Rome) on July 29. Jannik and his team will accompany guests during the first leg, from Genoa to Marseille, participating in a carefully designed program that includes:
- Question and answer sessions: direct access to Jannik to explore the thinking, discipline, and philosophy behind his high performance.
- Charity gala dinner: an elegant evening at the French-inspired Fil Rouge restaurant, with Jannik and the Explora Journeys management team in attendance. This exclusive event supports both the Jannik Sinner Foundation and the MSC Foundation.
- Private coaching sessions: a limited number of guests will be able to participate in private sessions led by Jannik's professional team, with Jannik himself present during the program.
- Wellness sessions: Some guests will be able to experience In Balance wellness sessions, guided by Jannik's performance team, with Jannik himself participating throughout the experience.
Following the Mediterranean Prelude, EXPLORA III will arrive in Barcelona on August 1 for its official opening ceremony, and will set sail from Barcelona to Lisbon on August 3, marking the start of a season that will cover Western Europe, the United Kingdom, Iceland and Greenland.
