Scenic Group presents its new unified loyalty program for Scenic & Emerald Rewards. This program combines the existing Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER programs into a single platform for valued guests of its award-winning portfolio of cruises and luxury travel.
Designed based on extensive feedback from guests and travel advisors, the program recognizes and rewards its members' travels across all Scenic and Emerald luxury yacht, river cruise, and escorted land travel experiences.
The new Scenic & Emerald Rewards program will combine existing status points from the two previous programs into a single consolidated balance, offering members a single, simplified account and an easier way to earn and redeem rewards on every booking. The new program remains free for all returning guests after their first trip. It introduces a streamlined four-tier structure—Gold, Diamond, Emerald, and Chairman's Club—with adjusted entry thresholds and enhanced benefits, ensuring members enjoy meaningful recognition, exclusive privileges, and elevated experiences as they advance through the tiers.

The new MyRewards benefit allows members to earn 1% of the value of eligible new bookings as real cash. This offers a tangible way to save on your next trip, which can then be redeemed on future Scenic and Emerald cruises or land trips.
All existing members have been automatically transferred to the new Scenic & Emerald Rewards program. Members whose tiers have been merged have been placed at the equivalent or higher new tier, with status points adjusted upwards, so guests can continue to enjoy their range of benefits.
Scenic & Emerald Rewards members can expect perks such as early access to new itineraries, invitations to exclusive events, private transfers or airport hotel stays on eligible trips, free accommodation on longer trips, priority onboard services, and much more, with special benefits at every level.
