Regent Seven Seas Cruises is redefining relaxed dining at sea with the introduction of nightly service at the Pool Grill, which includes a new gourmet pizza menu, offering guests a casual yet refined al fresco experience each night.

Now available across the fleet from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Pool Grill transforms into a cozy, self-service evening space, weather permitting, adding even more options to Regent's diverse culinary collection. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared favorites such as thin-cut sirloin steak, rosemary roasted chicken, Provençal-marinated lamb chops, and vegetable skewers, along with a delectable salad and appetizer bar, including hummus with pita bread, Caprese salad, Greek salad, and more.
The new pizza menu, first introduced on Seven Seas Mariner following its December 2025 dry-dock, features handcrafted pizzas made with premium ingredients. Already available on Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Grandeur, and Seven Seas Splendor, the menu will debut on Seven Seas Voyager after its May 2026 refurbishment and on Seven Seas Prestige with its launch later this year.
The new menu includes 10 delicious pizzas, among them: Burrata e Coppa, Tartufo e Porcini, or Vegetariana.
To complement the ambiance, guests can enjoy a selection of sparkling wines and champagne, including Castello di Spessa 'Perte' Ribolla Gialla Spumante, La Delizia 'Naonis' Prosecco Brut DOC, Canevel Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG, and Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut Champagne. The adjacent Pool Bar is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, inviting guests to relax in complete comfort and enjoy a glass of wine as the sunset unfolds over the ocean.
Guests can expect Epicurean Perfection™ while sailing with Regent, with a variety of restaurants—all included in the voyage fare—from Prime 7 and Pacific Rim to Chartreuse, Compass Rose, and Sette Mari at La Veranda. Each venue offers distinctive menus crafted with the finest ingredients, ensuring that every meal, whether casual or sophisticated, upholds Regent's uncompromising standards of ultra-luxury.
