Virginia will be supported by a strengthened management structure and a leadership team focused on the continued expansion of the business, while reinforcing operational excellence, product innovation, and the delivery of high-quality services to cruise lines and their customers. With a team of over 800 cruise industry professionals, Intercruises offers shore excursions, turnaround operations, and port operations worldwide, managing more than 13,000 cruise calls annually for contemporary, premium, deluxe, and luxury cruise lines. Intercruises is part of TUI Musement, the Tours and Activities division of the TUI Group, one of the world's leading tourism groups.

Virginia assumes the role of Managing Director of Intercruises after more than 20 years with the company.
