Royal Caribbean elevates its B2B loyalty program with the launch of Upper Deck, the new travel agency rewards program that will be the most generous in the Spanish market.
Royal Caribbean's new program, which was unveiled yesterday at an exclusive event in Madrid, will offer agents the chance to earn rewards for every booking.
The total booking value includes the cruise, NCCF, taxes, and gratuities, giving agents more opportunities to maximize rewards. Furthermore, thanks to seamless integration with Revolut, agents can transfer rewards quickly and securely. Existing Revolut users can simply link their Revtag in the "My Rewards" section of their profile, without needing to create a new account.
Gerard Nolan, Vice President & Managing Director EMEA of Royal Caribbean Group, participated in the event, demonstrating the company's continued commitment to the Spanish market.
For his part, Sergio Arévalo, Head of Sales – Iberia & Nordics at Royal Caribbean, explained: “The launch of Upper Deck demonstrates our continued commitment to agents in Spain. This enhanced rewards program offers agents even more opportunities to earn more as they grow with us. Travel agents are essential in creating unforgettable vacations for our guests, and we are proud to continue recognizing their passion and dedication.”
In addition to daily earnings, Upper Deck keeps agents engaged in year-round competitions, offering rewards ranging from cash incentives to exclusive invitations to Royal Caribbean ship launches and events. Furthermore, agents who book their own Royal Caribbean vacations can enjoy an extra onboard spending allowance.
To become an Upper Deck member, agents can register on the website, and once registered, rewards can be claimed immediately on every Royal Caribbean booking.
